Level 1 of the car park opposite the arrivals hall exit. Exit the terminal, walk across the sky bridge then use the elevator to go to Level 1. You will then see the signage for each rental company.
The rental counters are located in the arrivals hall to the right as you exit customs. Once you have the keys, go to Level 1 to access the car park where rental cars are parked.
